Models of operation

We know that every business is different, so we have developed a number of potential  partnership models to illustrate how EthiSEC will enhance the value of your training portfolio. We have assigned suggested roles and responsibility to assist with your deliberations and future discussions with us.
Each of the suggested models can be tailored to suit your organisations specific requirements.

Vendor Trainer

The Vendor Trainer model presents vendor branded training to your partners and your customers. The training is organised by you the solution vendor, meaning you own the marketing, sales and facility organisation of each course. EthiSEC is responsible to supply a qualified unbranded solution trainer and to deliver our unprecedented course facilitation.
This model is a good fit for vendors who:

  • Have established training resources, but have difficulty economically resourcing training in region.
  • Want to adopt a measured approach to out-sourcing training

The business arrangements that underpin the mutual success of this model will be negotiated to meet individual company requirements, typically our agreements are based on a number of specific variables including:

  • Projected course schedule
  • Course preparation and pack-up requirements
  • Course location (Travel and living requirements)
  • Course duration
  • Trainer training
  • Quality and satisfaction measurements

Outsourced Vendor Trainer

The Outsourced Vendor Trainer model presents vendor branded training to your partners and customers, with training partially or fully organised and facilitated by EthiSEC.
This model is a good fit for vendors who:

  • Have established training resources, but have difficulty economically resourcing training in region.
  • Want to take a measured approach to the out-sourcing of training
  • Do not currently have sufficient resources but want to keep training in-house

The business arrangements that underpin the mutual success of this model will be negotiated to meet individual company requirements. This model is subject to the greatest variation of roles and responsibilities. Typically our agreements are based on a number of specific variables including:

  • Projected course schedule
  • Course preparation and pack-up requirements
  • Course location (Travel and living requirements)
  • Course duration
  • Trainer training
  • Quality and satisfaction measurements
  • Training ownership requirements

Licensed Training Partner

This model actively positions EthiSEC as your companies authorised training partner, and openly presents EthiSEC as a separate business entity. EthiSEC and the vendor typically own a joint responsibility for marketing courses availability. EthiSEC owns the primary responsibility to administer and facilitate your training program, consistently and effectively.
This training model may be a good fit for vendors who:

  • Have an established training record in region, but prefer to concentrate their efforts on business development and not training.
  • Recent market entrants who do not have the resources to appropriately address training

The business arrangements that underpin the mutual success of this model will be negotiated to meet individual company requirements. This model has the potential for the risk for both parties, as the vendor has the least control and potentially the greatest financial exposure for EthiSEC.  Typically our agreements are based on a number of specific variables including:

  • Course demand
  • Training material costs
  • Course time requirements
  • Details of agency length and area
  • Investment (Lab equipment, facilities, continued trainer education, etc…)
